About Cusic Architecture.
Cusic Architecture is an Ipswich-based practice serving homeowners and small businesses throughout Greater Boston and the North Shore.
We specialize in projects where clarity, coordination, and thoughtful decision-making make a meaningful difference — including residential renovations, additions, new homes, and small commercial fit-outs. Our work focuses on creating well-resolved spaces that respond to how people actually live and work, guided by a process that supports clients from early feasibility through construction.
Before founding Cusic Architecture, Samantha Cusic spent several years working at a large commercial architecture firm, contributing to core and shell buildings, high-rise projects, interior fit-outs for professional service firms, and building repositioning for landlords. This experience informs a disciplined approach to documentation, consultant coordination, and construction-phase support across all types of projects.
We value clear communication, practical design solutions, and collaborative problem-solving. Every project benefits from thoughtful planning, realistic documentation, and careful coordination with contractors, consultants, and permitting authorities. Our goal is to help clients make informed decisions, avoid costly surprises, and bring their vision to life efficiently and confidently.
Whether working on a home renovation, an addition, or a small commercial fit-out, our process is structured to reduce uncertainty and guide clients through each phase, from initial analysis to construction administration. Rather than prioritizing a particular aesthetic, our work focuses on creating well-resolved spaces that respond to how people actually live and work. We focus on clarity, simplicity, and solutions that work in the real world — not just on paper.
